experience karte hain, jisse aapke 

mann ki distractions

vichar ko sakaratmak banane se 

aap apne mind ko positive aur 

optimistic rakhte hain.


5 . Stress Management: 

Stress ko sahi tarike se handle 

karna bhi zaroori hai mind ko 

control karne ke liye. Exercise, 

hobbies, aur relaxation 

techniques ka istemal karen.
